Existing chiller

01Temperature, humidity and electricity → gateway → local server

02Local strategy → control terminal → chiller temperature-sensor circuit

Hui Energy uses a simulated temperature signal for control. RS485, LoRa or 4G carry telemetry; BMS interfaces require a separate review.
Retain original controls and a bypass path

Check sensor wiring and manufacturer requirements; test fault disengagement and manual restoration before live operation.

Questions before you choose.

Can every existing AC system be upgraded?

Review the chiller model, temperature sensors and controls first. VRF, split AC, district cooling and critical rooms require separate assessments.

How much can we save, and how is it verified?

Confirm against the site baseline and pilot results. Agree on boundaries, weather and load adjustments, comfort targets and anomalous-data rules in advance.

Can it work with our BMS?

Share equipment, point lists and available interfaces. Review metering, the chiller control circuit and BMS integration separately, subject to protocols and authorization.

Does this provide carbon certification?

The solution organizes operational energy and emissions data. Certification, trading, offsets and whole-life building assessments require the relevant frameworks and specialists.
